Phase 1 lays a STRONG foundation with a moderately low training volume and no advanced training techniques. You’ll be in and out of the gym in 45 minutes. Feeling pumped, empowered, invigorated, and ALIVE!
Phase 2 you’ll be challenged with a slight increase in training volume and the addition of an advanced training technique. There’s also a couple exercise swaps to make sure that no muscle fibres to untouched all while keeping your enthusiasm sky high. You’ll still be in and out of the gym in less than an hour.
Phase 3 you’ll experience another increase in training volume. With this, we’ll also increase the frequency with which you train each muscle each week. This is the key to getting the absolute most out of every set you perform. We’ll also swap out the advanced training technique for a different one that’s certain to bring out the best in you.
